It’s red and it’s purple.. it’s passion and sensual and it is mystery. The best of Red and Purple.
And it’s not too obvious as red or has a hint of blue as in purple. It is the perfect colour!

I have had a set of Damsk strip sheets, wine/burgundy in color, can’t sleep as calmly in any other color. I am on the hunt for similar ones, as mine are well used. One wall in my bedroom is the same. My husband reluctantly painted my office the same color. Now he likes it as much as I do. He decided to use it in one of the guest bedrooms as well.
oh my! I always use this color in the designs that I create for my business and also in my choice of clothing, decor, etc. I attest to the accuracy of this interpretation as it perfectly describes me. I also like the red orange, and gold color.

My favorite color is Teal, although the first car I ever bought was burgundy. I was surprised how well the color psychology described me. I’m looking at this website as a weaver, about to make a table runner for my niece and her new husband. They have Le Tauci “Ceylon Blue” ceramic bowls, a lovely color. Searching through my yarns, the closest color match to the bowls (from a photo) in my collection is a “Dark Teal” 8/2 Tencel. My niece’s husband (Chinese and French-American) likes red and I have a 2 different cones of red that might go with this. I’m inclined toward the redder one, as it has a similar luster / sheen. But the other red is a matte burgundy color and the contrast of textures might be interesting. Searching for Ceylon Blue is how I found your website. Under color-match paint company website, “Azure Blue” was a little closer to Le Tauci’s “Ceylon Blue” than the teal blue on your website, but my Dark Teal tencel is close. My niece is a Teal blue/ Azure person. I would like to add a third color (or 4th) and I’m considering white, tan, beige, or black. I’d like the table runner to work for their everyday breakfast/brunch so I’m ignoring my leaning toward gold. Would White be too stark? or if it is a creamy white-tan, would that provide an adequate foundation for ‘mornings’ ? Thank you for your time.
